Essay

Based on the examined laws governing the inelastic deformation of the materials which are both insensitive and sencitive to the strain rate, the alternative theories of plasticity and viscoplasticity have been developed to predict the nonproportional cyclic loading of structural elements. The test duration schemes have been justified and the calculation-and-experimental procedures for clear defining the constitutive relationships have been developed.
