The object of research: commercial banks of Ukraine; The goal of research: elaboration of theoretic - methodological approaches to raising of effectiveness of banking management, basing of scientific-methodical principles of making new methods of banking resources management; methods of research and apparatus: system approach, logical generalization, factor analysis, statistical theory of coming to decisions, expert appraisal method, theory of illegible great numbers, financial analysis; theoretical and practical results: economic essence of concept "bank" has been defined; principles of interaction of strategic, tactical and operative banking management have been formulated, specificity of banking resources management has been based, approaches to balanced dynamic credit operations management have been devised, methods of currency resources management has been proposed, method of appraisal of banking investments effectiveness has been worked-out, approach to liabilities management, based on method ofc omparative sections, has been proposed; the actually of the infiltrated: integrative-differencial approach to banking management structurization, method of retrospective strategic planning, method of comparative sections, theoretic-methodological approaches to credit operations management, method of appraisal of banking investments effectiveness, methods of currency resources management, modeling of banking resources management process; the level of instillation: elaborations were introduced in State Ukreximbank (Kiev), Ipotechny commercial joint-stock bank (Kiev), joint-stock commercial bank "Zolotye Vorota" (Kharkiv) and are used in the teaching process of UAB and KCEU; sphere of usage: commercial banks, educational process
