The reactivity quantitative ratios of structure-biological activity relationship N- phenylanthranilic acid and acridine derivatives was studied.Their reactivity reseach by acid-basic properties, the kinetics of reactions of receipt and methabolysm.Mathematic models of biological activity of compounds from their structure were created.The results of research creates basis for molecular design and the optimization of syntheses for effective drugs.
