3. Low carbon and low alloyed steels. Some highly efficiend resourse saving technological regimes of production of highly metalrolling from common low carbon, low strength perlite and low alloyed steel including steels with higher strength characteri tics tough characteristics frost resistance and crack resistance the technic and economic efficiency and especially its application in steel structures of both critical and mass purposes have been proposed for the enterprises, for those who produce and consume metal production. A number of technical conditions for the"Azovstal" production of sheet metalrolling structure steels for steel structures is suggested. The recomendations for its application have been worhed out socio-economie efficiency is 40.000.000 grn. per year. Enterprises of construction and metallurgical industries can apply this technology and steels.
