The object is origin of the military samurai State system within the limits of the oriental type civilization. The goal is to analise the premises, character, cource and chronology of its forming by means of the critical, complex, comparative and system methods. It's proved that complete samurai State system was formed in 1392 in clan's "lawful state" conditions. For the scientific research work, the State building and educational process.
