Essay

Complex exsaminations of 293 patients suffering from ulcer disease combined with chronic pancreatitis pathopathology resulted in establishing diagnostic informativeness of traditional and new methods of exsamination. Genetic predisposition of patients to an ulcer disease, character of functional-and-structural restructuring of the duodenum and pancreas. An algoritm of a diagnosis and a computer programme to determine genetic predidposition of to the combined pathology was proposed.
