Petpova L. Fundamental Problems of Methodology of Law. (Philosophical Legal Discurs)

Object of research - learning about the method of law; aim - the newest methodology of the ukrainian law; methods: the transcendental synthesis integrated into the new modern ontology; results: the renovated paradigm of scientific knowledge (including the legal knowledge), the teaching about logical, epistemological, anthropological, ontological, phenomenological, hermeneutical, axiologodeontological possibilities of the method in the cognition, fundamental conceptions of the renovated methodology of the ukrainian law, transcendental doctrine about the constant essense of law and its causal source, the newest conceptions of the law comprehension, of the norm formation and of the norm application; the renovated conception of the state legal education. Essence of the innovations: the fundamental statutes of the innovatory school of law in Ukraine of the european orientation are elaborated. It is possible to use the theoretical and practical results of the research in the process of the elaboration of the methodology of the adoption of laws and application of norms, in the practical reformation of the institutes of the ukrainian law, in the teaching of the courses on the theory and philosophy of law at secondary schools and higher educational establishments of Ukraine, at gymnasias and lycees.
