Об'єкт дослідження - Are the features of struggle with crimes encroaching on public safety and national health, as one of components in struggle with the organized criminality. Мета дослідження - Consists in complex development criminal law tools of struggle with crime possession of pandangerously subjects, formulation on this basis scientifically of reasonable sentences on perfecting the current legislation, and also practical recommendations which projects require sphere of struggle with considered crimes, according to the new Criminal Code of Ukraine, in further finishing. The conceptual objective of a research is the assistance to concrete solution of questions of the responsibility for crimes encroaching on public safety and national health. Методи дослідження та апаратура - a) panscintific (system, logic-legal, comparably-legal); b) part-scientific (psychological, logical, extrapolation, simulation); c) concrete-sociological (interviewing, learning of criminal cases); d) statistical (observation, report, classification, analysis, correlation, functional). Теоретичні результати і новизна - Consists in possibility of use of rules, outputs and recommendations of a thesis: in theory both practice of development and perfecting of activity of institutes of struggle with crimes, which encroach on public safety and national health, and indirectly in struggle with the organized criminality; in research activity on problems of a general theory and practice on a support of common safety and influence on the organized criminality; in the educational process of maximum educational establishments of the system of internal affairs of Ukraine, and also for consulting operation and retraining of the practical workers of bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine; For propagation of legal culture and deepening of knowledge's on problems of struggle with illegal possession of pandangerously subjects; with the purpose of a control behind efficiency of revealing and warning of crimes, considered in operation, for want of objec tive analysis of results of struggle with the organized criminality and warning of crimes against public safety and national health; by coordination committee on struggle with the organized criminality and corruption for want of President of Ukraine, NDR, and in all directions of organization of struggle with the organized criminality by Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine. Практичні результати і новизна - The sentences on perfecting the operating criminal legislation of Ukraine are introduced: 1) The outputs and rules of a thesis are contained in position paper on perfecting the criminal legislation Ukraine's, directed to The Supreme Body, Ministry of the justice of Ukraine, Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine and Supreme Court of Ukraine, and also in the projects of the Laws "About severe call with the minors", "About the weapon ". 2) Separate rules stated by respondent in sentences and scientific operations, have found the reflection in the Decrees Plenum of Supreme Court of Ukraine: "About the jud iciary law in matters about huliganizm" from June 28, 1991 under № 3, with changes introduced by the Decree Plenum from June 4, 1993 under № 3; 3) Recommendations by respondent are taken into account in the Decree Plenum of Supreme Court of Ukraine "About the judiciary law on matters about plunder, manufacture, storage and other wrongful acts with the weapon, service ammunitions or explosives " from July 8, 1994 № 6.
