The dissertation is devoted to research of immunobiological properties of variants heterogeneous populations vaccine and virulent poliomyelitis viruses. Is shown, that in process reproduction polioviruses dissociation on variants with different affinity to natural sorbent bentonit. Dissociants of polioviruses populations have different meaning in pathogenesis and immunogenesis of an poliomyelitis infection. Alive poliomyelitis vaccine also is strong immunomodulation, with interaction with a vaccine DTP develops immunosupression hymoral antiviruses and antitoxic immunity. Experimentally is proved, that the decrease of antibody-producing with simultaneous immunisation by vaccines APV and DTP can be neutralized with their separate introduction. The efficiency of the offered improvement immunoprophylactic of poliomyelitis, diphtheria and tetanusis confirmed with of immunisation children.
