Essay

Bacillus genus bacteria. To establish the synthesis peculiarity, properties and possible application spheres of the Bacillus extracellular lectins. Methods of investigations: microbial, biochemical, physico-chemical, immunological.There has been established the capaciti of the saprophitic bacteria to the production of extracellular lectins with specificity to sialic and uronic acidis, and realized the direct biosyntheses of lectins, their expressed interferonogenic and immunotropic properties has been determined. There has been developed the techology of the obtaining of bacterial sialospecific lectins for the use in the biology and medicine.
