The work is devoted to the complex research at secondary deformations of dentitions. 324 patients at the age from 21 to 40 were examined.It has been established that structural and functional changes in tooth-jaw system takes place with aging, the number of people having lost separate teeth is increased. It has been determined that the value of electro- excitability of dental pulp depends on the remoteness of the opposite tooth removal and the level of the dentition defomations. The intensity of the parodontum blood supply at the area of the teeth that limit the defect and of the disfunctional teeth is decreased. The method of the primary functionally (dosaged stress (FDS) of the parodontum tissues is proposed. For the first time elaunine tissues of the tooth ligament complex are decribed, their morphological and structural changes and the resorption kinds of the alveolar process bone are defined.
