Thesis is devoted to the problems of occupational industrial and population factors influence on sudden cardiac death development in coal miners. A new trend in cardiology based on the systemic analysis of risk factors conception in the industrial cardiology is developing in this work. The place and role of occupational industrial factors of Donbas coal mines in pathogenesis of sudden cardiac death development in coal miners were established. An improved system of medico-social prevention of s dden cardiac death in coal-miners was proposed and applied.
