Research of concept of the state in the French social philosophy of the second half of the XX century. To allocate theoretical sources of development of the theory of the state, his social priorities and orientations, by means of applikations of a metodological principle of division of aethatism and anti-aetatism. On the basis of researh of the concept of the state and the civil society in structuralism, functionalism, anarhism etc. The expediency of introdaction of new concept "the not political state" is provide.
