Georgitsa A. Modern parliamentarism: the problems of theory and practice.

In the dissertations there are illuminated the urgent problems of theory and practice of modern parliamentarism with allowance for the newest achievements of constitutional-and-legal science and on generalization of domestic and foreign experience of state building: the questions of formation and evolution of this phenomenon are considerred; political-legal analysis of its theoretical bases is made; the essentials of the organisation of parliaments are analyzed; the authorities and the functions of the parliamentary institutions from the standpoint of the activizing of their activity as necessary condition of assertion of the parliamentarism in the state-and-legal practice of the world countries are investigated.
