Essay

The subject of research are patients with diphtheria, and carriers of corinebacteria, people with higher receptiveness to infections in respiratory tract. Aim - on the ground of experimental and clinical investigations to find the role of free radical mechanisms in pathogenesis of diphtheria and diphtheric bacteriocarring and to work out methods pathogenesis pharmacorrection of found transgressions. Biochemical, biophisical, immunological methods and statistics analysis were used. The results of research were basing of using antioxidants on sick with diphtheria and carries of corinebacteria, working out new medical item - aqueons - alcoholic extract of echinacea purple. Results are inculcated into production and into clinical practice.
