The thesis includes the results of leaming the clinic, pathogenesis, prognostic factors, prevention and treatment of the complicated forms of a measles. Deep changes of methabolic changes are established: activity of the process of lipid peroxide oxidation, rise of eucosanoide concentration, violation of neuropeptids exchange. Listed changes lead to violation of neurohormone regulation of the immunity system.
