Thesis is dedicated to study of the main links of nonspecific ulcerative colitis pathogenesis in 433 patients and on created medico-biological model in 4 dogs. The ideas of pathogenesis of the disease are deepened and the main point which is destabilization of relationship between immune, neurohumoral and diffuse endocrine systems and inside them on geneticaly caused predisposition is determined. The unified clinico-statistic classification of the disease and some methods of diagnoses and effective treatment are elaborated. The study of efficacy of the new method of treatment with using autolymphokines has shown guaranteeing of the firm remission and defined some ways of relapse prophylaxis.
