Tyshchenko M. Adminisrative procedurae status of the citizen of Ukraine: problems of theory and the ways of improvement of legislative regulation.

The objects of investigations is social relations, which are developed in a process of the administrative procedural activities. The aim of this thesis is a complex research of a most actual and importent scientific problems of a formation and putting into practice the administrative procedural status of the citizen. The reserch methods are dialectical, historical, logical, systimatical, method of comparizon. Theoretical and practical results. The research material can be used as a base for the future development of the problems conserning administrative procedural status of the citizen, improvement of the law making process and research work in study hours. Innovation. For the first time the problems connected with understanding of the context and structure, and piculiarities of putting into practice the administrative procedural status of the citizen of Ukraine. The way to put into practice: the autor uses the results of his research paper while reading the course of lectures "Administrative law" an d special course "Administrative responsibility" all the conclusions and propositions are given to the ministry of justice of Ucraine. May be used the law-making and research work and in study hours. Publishing of books and methodological textbooks are planed.
