The dissertation is concerned with the study of spreading, diagnostics, morphology, pathogenesis and treatment of cardiac disease at rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Gouty, Reiter disease (RD), and disease of Bechterev (BD), as well as at experimental animals. Pathogenesis of cardiac pathology at arthritis is con-nected with immune and hormone disorders, deviation of purine and lipid exchange, peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant systems. Individual pathogenically oriented approach to the patient with heart pathology allows to highly improve efficiency of applied treatment technologies.
