Disharmonic development of organism and high showing of hereditor have been determined according to the results of complex examination of 1737 patients with diesease "malocculion" from 1,5 years to 30 years old. High prevalence of malocculion in the period of deciduous tooth has been foung. Relationship between pernicious children's habits and complication of family situation and necessity of early preventive measures has been proved. More than one third of pacients break of the treatment due to the insufficient motivation. System of prognose of orthodontic treatment procpects on the base of devised concept of the inner picture of disease has been created for the first time and four types of this system have been distinguished.
