Essay

Clinical estimation of applicator methods, such as: cytoscopy, immunological fermental analysis and deoxyribonucleic acid (DAN) gibridization for diagnostics of CMVI in children was represented for the first time. Clinical pathogenetic forms of CMVI were distinguished. They are: acute, chronical, reactivative and subclinical (latentive) one. First it was determined the therapeutically effectiveness of laferon in CMVI in children, its antivirus and immunomodulating activity.
