Pervak M. Radiation diagnosis of left ventricle functional impairments in patients with coronarogenic and noncoronarogenic myocardial pathology.

659 patients were examined: 569 - with ischemic heart disease, 90 - with noncoronarogenic myocardial pathology. Improvement of left ventricle functional impairments diagnosis, especially on early stages, in patients with coronarogenic and noncoronarogenic myocardial pathology using system of radiation study worked out. CXR: EDR-750(Hungary), CT: CT-9000 "General Electric" (USA),US: "Aloka-SSD1100" (Japan), "Hewlette Packard" (USA), radionuclide ventriculography and scintigraphy: gamma-camera LFOV-IY "Nuclear Chicago", coronaroangiography and left ventriculography: DCI "Philips" (Germany), ultrafast CT: "Siemens Evolution" (Germany). Possibilities of radiation methods for the diagnosis of left ventricle failure, especially on early stages, were determined. Radiation symptoms of left ventricle functional impairments were detected in patients with myocardial pathology. Tactics of radiation study of patients with myocardial pathology of different genesis for the diagnosis of left ventricular failure has be en worked out.
