In a thesis the informations are reflected that the features of current and recovery for want of experimental periodontitis are determined by a reactivity of an organism. Low-intensive laser radiations change dynamics of peroxide oxidation of the lipoids, biologically active substances and eukozanoids in blood in vitro. It the effects depend on frequency and exposition of an exposure. At the patients with of the general periodontitis after deleting tooth plaque and granulation from periodontal of pockets on a hum noise normoreaction of an organism the not complicated healing artificial-wound surfaces, on a hum noise hyporeaction - complicated is observed. Offered differentiated lasertherapy at the patiens with hyporeaction of an organism results in recovery of a wholeness of fabrics of periodont, proof stabilization of process.
