Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the optical characteristics and physical parameters of Jupiter's and Saturn's atmospheres on the basis of received by the author new spectro-photometrical observational data, obtained for 593 nights in 1977-1995. Existence of seasonal reorganization in these atmospheres is revealed. We propoused the new method which have allowed to register the free oscillations for Jupiter's and Saturn's atmospheres for the first time.
