The disertation concerns analytical relationship of drilling bit kinematics around which the simulation of the botton hole by rock cutting elements of drilling bit. An automated design system "DOLOTO" has been developed for drawing drilling bits. The results of the investigations are introduced in procedure and instructions dealing with design and optimization of roller bits.
