The process of becoming of meta-theoretic method is analyzed. The role of interpretation in forming of main principles of meta-theory is researched. It's considered the cpnception of consciousness as the transcendental foundation of culture with double level structure: myth and "spare chronotopus". It's put toward the idea of paradox of foundation in conception with the transformation the phenomenological knowledge position to semiotic one.
