Thesis is devoted to exploration of peculiarities of protein-nuclein metabolism and the processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids of chickes alimentary system (craw, glandular and gizzard stomach, duodenal and cecum, pancreatic gland and liver) in postnatal ontogenesis period. The content of lipid peroxide oxidation in chicken tissues has an age peculiarity. The intertion of radioactive ceziy acts as an antioxidant and influences the protein-nuclein metabolism and lipid peroxide oxidation. Antioxidant usage withing the parallel radionuclide influence caused the breaking of lipids peroxide oxidation processes which turned out with. in some organs.
