Essay

The first consideration of Dnieper-Donets phanerozoic formations petroleum potential on the base of hypsometric position of hydrocarbon pools oil-water (gas-water) interfaces is realized. Hypsometric petro-liferous complexes and main features of hydrocarbons pools distribution within them are established. Existence of the new intervals with commercial hydrocarbon pools are forecasted. Quantitative estimation of traps filling by hydrocarbons is given. Models of the main hydrocarbon fields types are substantiated. Elaborated principal multifactor key pattern for oil and gas pools prospecting is promoting.
