The theory of magnetostatic waves (MSWs) in (111)- epitaxial ferrite structures and ferrite plates with domain structure has been created. Direct and inverse spectral problems for MSWs in inhomogeneous ferrite films have been solved. Ferrite materials diagnostics as well as microwave microelectronics are studied.
