The investigation object is the oscillating system with additional restriction of resonant space and the high stability mm wave generators. The investigation aim is the determination and generalization of physical properties and appearances; where are formed the oscillations of the open resonator with additional restrictions and dispersive mirrors, and the application of this knowledges for the resonance quasioptical sources investigations. The research methods and techniques is numerical computer simulation and radiophysical setups. The theoretical results and novelty. The new computer simulation methodology is developed for the OR with additional restrictions. The new mechanisms of oscillating process are discovered in the OR with step-like deformation of the mirrors. The Practical results and novelty. The possibility of the impedance matching of the oscillating systems with mode transformation have been proved. The new quasi-optical solid-state and electron-vacuum high-stability sources was elaborat ed. The object and grade of inculcation is to use Gunn-diode and IMPATT-diode quasi-optical generators for the communications and space remote sounding systems on the scientific investigation and engineering stage. The area of use is the UHF radar, radionavigation and communication systems.
