The object of research: the clinical and laboratory data 1329 patients by a cancer of female genital tract, biopsy of a rectum, bladder, vagina 68 patients. The purpose and methods of research: to develop methods of prophylaxis and treatment of complications originating in adjacent with a uterus organs, in the process and after carrying out of combined radial therapy for the patients with cancer of female sexual organs by using of clinical, physical, morphological, immunological techniques. Theoretical results and novelty: the new methods of prophylaxis of early, late and destructive radial complications are developed, the factors of prognosis are defined. Practical value: the obtained results allow to decrease, and in some cases to warn radial complications originating in a urinary bladder, rectum, vagina. Subject and degree of implantation: advanced design (C.S. №4843655, C.S. №96093622, C.S. №94043467, C.S. №98094895, C.S. №99042236) are inserted in Donetsk regional antitumoral centre, Mariupol, Kra matorsk, Gorlovka, Ivano-Frankovsk oncologic hospital. Efficiency of implantation: decreased of frequency and severity of radial complications originating in interfacing to a uterus organs, in the process and after carrying out of combined radial therapy, aftertreatment of the patients with late destructive complications. Sphere of usage: oncologic clinics, faculty of oncology, medical radiology, pathological anatomy.
