The dissertation is devoted to the problem of continuing creation of surface-active systems with pre-identified properties. The results of synthesis of surface-active substances monomeric and polymeric homological ranks, researches of their molecular and micellar structure, colloidal and chemical properties in water and water-organic environment are given, on the basis of which is developed new methodology of creation of systems with super low interfacial tension and adjustable technological properties.
