Essay

Subject of research - graded composites with the organized macrostructure, technology of ceramics. The purpose of researches - development of physical bases and technological principles of creation of new generation of ceramic composites. The research methods and equipment - the simulation, research of properties of oxigen free compaunds powders and ceramic items, experiments in laboratory and plant conditions. Theoretical results and novelty - the new direction, bases on creation of functionally graded ceramic object of concrete functional use, is formulated. Experimentally in ceramic composites the structural - morphological transformations on ceramic composites are investigated and are systematized. The technique of management of structure and parameters of microstructure of materials is offered. Practical results and novelty -The economic and alternative technology Is developed and its is introduced into production (The patent 94917644.0-2211 Europ. MKI H05B 3/14) from 30.09.95. D egre of introduction - the technology is approbated on plant of SDTO NASc of Ukraine in Makeevka and on plant of "Intem Ltd" (Kiev). A branch of application - electric machine industry.
