Sidenko V. Systemic transformation of external economic activities under the transition from centrally planned to market economy

The system of external economic activity relations and its regulation, transformation policy mechanisms. To investigate the systemic regularities and the variants of development and optimization of transformation processes in the field of external economic activities under the transition to market economy. The principal method of research is the systems analysis, with the use of structural and functional analysis, comparative analysis, economic history method, mathematical methods, economic statistics, economic modelling. The regularities, principles and alternatives of systemic transformation of external economic activity mechanism under the transition to market economy are generalized. The impact of liberalization on economic structure is revealed, adaptation strategies of economic agents as regards changes in external environment are systematized. The mechanism of macroeconomic regulation of external economic activities in a transition economy is systemicly examined. Diverse national models and var iants of transformation policy in the field of external economic activity are described, proposals for an improvement of reforms practices in this sphere are formulated.
