Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of deep-water earthen tract characteristics, bottom destruction processes and operational sea-bed background under the earth-moving machines operation. There have been established the relationship between the bottom resistance, its deformation durability characteristics, dynamic loading parameters, geo-acoustic probing and photo cross sectioning of the sea-bed. The basis of gravitational probing theory and underwater bottom cutting theory are developed. New methods and techniques are created for deep-water earth-moving machines working processes identification. The introduction of the research results to the industry allows reduction of the design period and increases the effectiveness of the machines through accommodation their parameters to the real operational conditions.
