Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of system of diagnosis and prognosis of complications of ulcerative disease, associated with Helicobacter pylori. Diagnostic criteria were revealed on the base of study of clinical, morphological, immunological and biochemical manifestations of above listed complications in 260 patients with ulcerative disease. Diagnostic and prognostic algorythm of possible complications with computerised processing of received results of investigation is created for timely prognosis of ulcerative disease complications. The worked out preventive therapy of possible complication promoted not only clinical and endoscopic remission, but also influenced on the main pathogenic links of possible complications, thus preventing their development.
