Sochnieva A. Antegrade endobiliary interventions in the comprehensive surgical treatment of patients with common bile duct diseases complicated by obstructive jaundice

The dissertation contains theoretical substantiation and offers on the practical decision of a scientific task - improvement of results of comprehensive surgical treatment of patients with the diseases of a common bile duct complicated by mechanical jaundice, by definition of optimum terms of biliary decompression using antegrade endobiliary interventions, predicting of the choise of the volume of surgical treatment, profilactic of complications and improvement of methods of minimally invasive treatment. For the first time, a method for predicting the choice of surgical treatment depending on the initial indicators of the patient's condition has been proposed. Based on the results obtained using the method of discriminant analysis, the calculation of discriminant coefficients for each of the options for intervention, according to the statistics of factor characteristics. The obtained results of research and development significantly supplemented the information and arsenal of diagnostics, surgical treatment of common bile duct diseases complicated by mechanical jaundice, using antegrade endobiliary intervention
