The object of the study is the working processes in the inter-wheel differentials when the vehicles is moving in difficult road conditions and when the vehicles is moving curved along paved roads. The subject of the study is the influence of the structure and parameters of the inter-wheel differentials on the indicators of traction, profitability and controllability of military wheeled vehicles and all-wheel drive multi-purpose vehicles. In the dissertation, the scientific and practical task of increasing the traction dynamics of wheeled armored personnel carriers and all-wheel drive multi-purpose vehicles in difficult road conditions with high rates of efficiency and controllability is solved. The solution was implemented using a systematic approach and a rational combination of theoretical and experimental research, by summarizing and analyzing known scientific results. To carry out theoretical research, methods of car theory, methods of mathematical and computer modeling, and mathematical methods for solving systems of differential equations were used.
