Essay

The dissertation solved a topical scientific and applied problem, which is to reduce the time and cost of experiments in the study of computer systems and technological processes through the development and implementation of methods and software to optimize the plans of a multifactorial experiment. Since the problem of optimizing the plans of experiments on cost is NP-complete, ie for its solution requires time and a large number of calculations, increasing rapidly with increasing dimension of the problem, so a complete search of all possible solutions is difficult. When synthesizing the optimal plan of the experiment with more than four factors, there is also the problem of the duration of its construction. In this regard, it is necessary to find a solution using approximate methods, such as methods of constructing cost-optimal (time) cost plans of a multifactorial experiment, based on the use of random search, taboo search, swarm of particles to optimize these plans. The paper contains practical results of application of methods of construction of cost-optimal (time) cost plans of multifactor experiment, based on the use of random search, taboo search, swarm of particles to optimize these plans. A weight measuring system has also been developed, which is a means of measuring the weight flow of granular or powdered material and can be used for many enterprises in the food, metallurgical and mining industries. To increase the accuracy of measurements, a fiber-optic humidity and temperature sensor, two thermostats, and two bimetallic temperature sensors were proposed. The use of new elements in the weighing system and the relationships between them has increased the accuracy of measuring the weight of materials.
