Essay

The research work is devoted to the actual problem of pulmonology – development of the diagnosis algorithm and treatment of thrombotic disorders in patients with community acquired pneumonia (CAP) of the 3rd and 4th clinical groups considering the endothelium function, system inflammation and hemostasis. In the research work based on clinical course peculiarities of disease and levels of laboratory parameters (markers of systemic inflammation, endothelial function (endothelin 1), hemostasis (protein C)), the algorithm of patients on CAP of the 3rd and 4th clinical groups depending on the levels of the above parameters was developed.
