The dissertation is devoted to the research of financial and legal support of the state policy in the field of alternative energy. A comprehensive description of the functioning of state policy in the field of alternative energy is given. It is noted that there are certain threats to its effective functioning. The main threats to national security in the field of alternative energy have been identified and disclosed, and the classification of these threats has been presented. The financial and legal means of ensuring the protection and integrity of national security in the field of alternative energy have been established and the adoption of new means of financial and legal support of the state policy in the field of alternative energy has been proposed, taking into account existing threats in this field.
