Essay

The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of treatment of "non-revascularized" patients with STEMI/NSTEMI by studying the effects on clinical course, laboratory and instrumental parameters, myocardial segmental contractility and processes of fibrosity of trimetazidine and its combination with amino acid complex of L-arginine and L-carnitine. based on the algorithm of their application. For the first time, the therapeutic efficacy of trimetazidine and L-arginine / L-carnitine as agents that potentiate the standard drug treatment of non-vascularized patients with STEMI/NSTEMI has been established. It is noted that trimetazidine has a positive effect on the clinical course of STEMI/NSTEMI, reduces the excessive intensity of fibrosis, improves segmental myocardial contractility, increases global LV EF. It is noted that the determination of LV PV through the WMSI algorithm improves the accuracy of diagnosis of LV systolic dysfunction and can serve as a reliable criterion for the effectiveness of treatment of patients with STEMI/NSTEMI. Key words: myocardial infarction, myocardial conditioning, fibrosis, myocardial remodeling. Branch - medicine.
