Essay

The dissertation substantiates the theoretical principles and offers the practical recommendations for management of marketing subsystem of agro-food enterprises in the context of globalization. The definition of management of marketing subsystem of agro-food enterprises, as a set of interconnected tools and methods that affect the interaction of participants in the supply chains of the industry products and transformation processes in the economic activity in order to create sustainable competitive advantages of agro-food enterprises in a dynamic market, has been specified. A significant dependence of the national market on the world flour and cereals market has been revealed by analyzing the preconditions for the development of marketing subsystem management on the example of grain processing enterprises. The degree of stability of the technological chain has been determined by the visual three-dimensional analysis. That is the tendency of producers of agro-food raw materials toward the same-type and predicted actions in the conditions of controlled and uncontrolled changes of their activity in management of marketing subsystem of grain processing enterprise. It has been established that the expectations of grain processing enterprises to grow revenues by increasing production costs are justified, but the limit of their optimality is slightly lower than expected. Approved means for programming the effectiveness of management of raw material quality in the management system of marketing subsystem through the justification of management decisions, connected with the development of marketing policy of a grain processing enterprise in relation to suppliers of grain raw materials based on stimulating optimal agro-technological policy of agricultural enterprises. As a result of research, it has been determined that there are circumstances of mutual creation of synergetic effect in a grain subcomplex under the proper economic conditions.
