Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological principles and organizational mechanisms for managing the organizational development of the enterprise with the help of information technology, taking into account global trends in the digitalization of business and social relations. The manuscript considers the relationship between various aspects of organizational development management: investment, security, structural, cultural, managerial, information technology, aspects of resilience and organizational learning. The proposed framework is developed by expanding and supplementing existing approaches to organizational development, which allowed to harmonize the scientific principles of managing the organizational development of the enterprise using information technology. The scientific approaches to the interpretation of the essence of organizational development are generalized and the main levers of influence of organizational development management using information technology are highlighted. The scientific principles of structuring scientific experience in the management of organizational development of the enterprise using information technology have been further developed, which differs from the existing ones by a comprehensive systematic combination of the results of bibliometric, network and patent analysis through the use of VOSViewer and Gephi tools. The manuscript reveals the frequency of use of key terms, as well as on the basis of the assessment of the actualization of terms, the chronology of their emergence and use, further areas of development of research on the management of organizational development of the enterprise using information technology are confirmed. The evolutionary-constructive, as well as geographical-institutional regularities in the coordinate system "period - research interest - geographical location" are identified and explained. On the basis of statistical and sociological analysis, as well as analysis of publications of recent years, the definition of investment vectors of enterprise organizational development management has been further developed by identifying causal relationships between various characteristics of enterprises (age, annual profit, size, ownership, activity) and their retrospective and prospective investment potentials. Through heuristic research, the hypotheses on the regularity and consistency of organizational development activities depending on the size of the company, the relationship between the size of the company and the specific costs of personnel, the correspondence of the level of available investment savings for organizational development to the level of potential investment expenditures for digitalization of organizational development management, and the willingness of the enterprise to invest in digital technologies for organizational development were verified. In addition, the hypotheses about the linear correlation between the age of the company and the regularity and regularity of organizational development, the proportional relationship between the size of the company and the specific costs of personnel, the linear correlation between the annual turnover of the enterprise and the average specific investment in digital business tools, as well as the proportional relationship between the size of the company in terms of annual turnover and the potential costs of digital technologies for organizational development are refuted. The central element of the study is the relationship between the differential indicators of organizational development, on the basis of which the scientific and methodological foundations for creating a digital organizational twin as a replication of the management system of organizational development of the enterprise, which comprehensively combines models of work productivity, organizational culture, structure and strategy, organizational philosophy and vision, leadership, as well as motivation at the levels of employee, group, organization. According to the results of the analysis, it was revealed that the combination of different forms of organizational learning is the most effective for enterprises. The methodological tools for the formation of strategies of organizational sustainability of the enterprise have been improved, which qualitatively differs from the existing ones by a systematic complex combination of correlation analysis in the digital environment Semоpy using the method of structural modeling to determine the relationship of individual determinants at the integral level of sustainability, as well as neuro-network modeling for choosing a strategy of organizational development depending on the results of the analysis of the organizational resilience issues.
