Essay

In the dissertation the actual scientific and practical problem of development and introduction of methods and means of experiments optimum planning for research in technological processes, devices and systems was solved. For the first time, the methods optimal or close to optimal plans in cost for complete and fractional factorial experiments based on the application of Gray code, as well as the method for synthesizing optimal plans for multifactorial experiments based on building codes with minimal changes with given properties were constructed. The fast method of compositional plans optimization in multifactor experiments was developed. The proposed methods reduce the cost and time spent on the study of technological processes, devices and systems, which is especially important in terms of industrial experiments. In the study of some real objects it was shown that the gains in the cost of implementing the optimal plans of the experiment in comparison with the initial ones are in the range from 1.28 to 4.04 times, and at the time of implementation – in 1.36 times. The developed methods of cost-optimal plans construction in multifactor experiments are realized in the form of hardware and software. Advanced measuring transducers of linear and angular displacements into digital code, fiber-optic pressure sensors can be used for the design of control and management systems. The results of theoretical and experimental research of the dissertation are implemented in the practice at such enterprises and organizations as PJSC “Aviakontrol” (Kharkіv), Ltd “VO OVEN” (Kharkiv), M. E. Zhukovsky National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”.
