Essay

The thesis deals with a comprehensive theoretical and legal research of the current paradigm of interaction between religion, law and state at the present stage of Ukrainian state-building. The thesis proposes the development of the study of religious doctrine as a source of law in Ukraine, which is an important prerequisite for identifying promising areas of cooperation between religion, state and law in Ukraine. The primary reason for this is that this study enables the evolution of functional mechanisms of interinstitutional cooperation which requires new, optimal and flexible approaches that can prove their effectiveness in a democratic and secular state such as Ukraine. Based on the dynamic nature of the expansion of forms of interaction between the state and religious organizations, its main purpose is to exercise regulatory and stabilizing influence on society and its individual spheres, especially security, which is possible only due to the partnership nature of such cooperation.
