Davidenko A. Legal regulation of occupational safety at enterprises with hazardous working conditions: comparative legal aspect

A thesis research is devoted to the issue of legal regulation of occupational safety at enterprises with hazardous working conditions. Theoretical generalization and the new decision of the scientific goal, involving the definition of nature and features of legal regulation of occupational safety at enterprises with hazardous working conditions and also basing on positive domestic and foreign experience to identify areas for improvement of organizational and legal framework of occupational safety at mentioned enterprises have been shown in the thesis. Theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the concept “occupational safety” have been generalized, on the basis of which the own vision of the concept “occupational safety at enterprises with hazardous working conditions” have been offered.
