Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the actual topic of development of systems of automatic control of the process of ion-plasma coating on the tool. The automation system allows to improve the quality properties and service life of the tool by taking into account the peculiarities of the technological process. The purpose of the dissertation research is to create mathematical software for computer-integrated installation automation system, which provides high qualitative and quantitative indicators of processes in the installation of ion-plasma spraying on metal cutting tools and increase productivity and rhythm of the installation and competitiveness of metal cutting tools. The following problems are solved in the work. The technological process and the existing systems of automation of ion-plasma spraying installation on the metal-cutting tool are analyzed. A set of mathematical models of the dynamics of the main technological processes of installation: cleaning, spraying and cooling has been studied. A controlled distributed mathematical model of the dynamics of radial heat transfer in a metal-cutting tool under the action of a plasma arc is created in order to verify the accuracy of the developed mathematical model of the dynamics of the tool cleaning process. A set of control systems for the main technological processes of installation has been developed: cleaning, spraying and cooling using the developed mathematical models of dynamics. The information support of the computer-integrated system of installation automation in the form of a complex of computer forms of the installation operator is realized. The software and hardware structure of the computer-integrated installation automation system has been created.
