Stahira A. Civil regulation of the supply of digital content.

The dissertation for the scientific degree of Philosophy doctor on specialty 081 – Law. – West Ukrainian National University Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ternopil, 2020. The dissertation is a complex research of theoretical and practical problems devoted to сivil regulation of the supply of digital content. The urgency of the dissertation is due to the need to develop a scientific concept of сivil regulation of the supply of digital content, with the separation of the definition of digital content and determining its legal nature, substantiation of expediency of introduction to the domestic legislation of a new type of contractual relations on supply of digital data, characteristics of the methods of its implementation, analysis of contractual obligations in the field of digital content circulation under the legislation of Ukraine and the EU, as well as establishing responsibility for non-compliance or improper performance of contractual obligations in the context of the development of the information society and Ukraine’s integration into the EU digital single market.
