Essay

This dissertation is devoted to the optimization of approaches to effective preinduction and induction of labor in terms of improving obstetric and perinatal outcomes in women with different types of obesity. The presence of obesity during pregnancy is associated with the development of serious complications for the mother and fetus. Despite significant advances in the study of the effects of obesity on gestation, the features of hormonal and metabolic changes inherent in pregnant women with various types of obesity before childbirth and which may affect the readiness of the mother for childbirth, their timeliness and nature of completion remain unclear. To date, there are no data to determine the readiness of the pregnant woman for childbirth depending on the type of obesity. Predicting the effectiveness of preinduction and induction of labor in women with different types of obesity will improve obstetric and perinatal outcomes. The aim of the study: to improve obstetric and perinatal outcomes in pregnant women with different types of obesity by predicting the choice of preinduction and induction of labor depending on the characteristics of hormonal balance, metabolic profile and the state of the fetal-placental complex. Research objectives: 1. Assess the nature and frequency of obstetric and perinatal consequences in obese women according to retrospective analysis. 2. To study the features of hormonal balance, metabolic profile and the state of the fetal-placental complex during full-term pregnancy in women with different types of obesity. 3. To investigate the degree of readiness of the mother's body for childbirth in pregnant women with different types of obesity. 4. Assess the course and consequences of childbirth after preinduction and induction in pregnant women with different types of obesity. 5. To determine the prognostic criteria for the effectiveness of preinduction and induction of labor in pregnant women with different types of obesity in full-term pregnancy. 6. Evaluate the effectiveness of the predicted choice of preinduction and induction of labor in pregnant women with different types of obesity in full-term pregnancy to improve obstetric and perinatal consequences.
